I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that I was very impressed. Firstly, the location was perfect, being very close to the airport and offering a convenient shuttle service. Secondly, the staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the choice of a king bed or two queen beds, and some decent work space for those who need it. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a great hot buffet selection that even included gluten-free options. this hotel exceeded my expectations in all fields.

Front desk tried to charge a deposit which caused some confusion and discomfort. Limited dining options within walking distance, only Cracker Barrel nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Dulles Airport. The pick-up and drop-off service was so easy and made my trips into downtown DC a breeze. The hotel facilities were great, and I enjoyed the breakfast in the pleasant lounge. Having a Hertz counter on-site was a bonus, and the staff provided excellent service when I had to change vehicles. The hotel's convenient location made it the perfect choice for my first visit to DC. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service.

After a long and tiring flight, I was relieved to find that the Fairfield Inn offered a reliable shuttle service from the airport. Upon exiting the baggage claim, I followed the clear signs to the designated "hotel courtesy van pickup point" and called the hotel. The friendly staff informed me that the van was already waiting for me at the correct pickup point just a short distance away. I appreciated their attention to detail in ensuring that guests are directed to the right location.

The ongoing entry remodel affected parking and entry to the hotel. the airport shuttle is not available 24/7, an inconvenience for late, night arrivals.
